If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 48-hours notice period so that we can open the appointment to other waiting clients.
If we are not given 48 hours notice, we will need to take 50% of the treatment cost.
Prompt Arrivals
It is essential you arrive for your appointment on time, as we will have clients booked before and after your allocated time.
Deposits
Following a consultation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking – £50 for all treatments and £100 for HIFU – this amount will be credited towards any treatment booked.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made. If there is a delay in making a deposit payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else.

Complete a medical form upon arrival if you’re it’s your first appointment
