Cancellations
Please note that a 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. Cancellations can be made by calling us on 07376 05 707 and or email us on info@skinrejuvenationclinic.london
Punctuality
Please ensure that you arrive promptly before your treatment. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your treatment time, to get settled, comfortable and fill out some client information forms, for our clinic use only which will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
Prepayment of Treatments
At the time of booking, we take a non-refundable £75 deposit for all treatments and this amount is then reduced from your overall treatment price. In the event of a cancellation outside of the 24-hour notice period, the Skin Rejuvenation Clinic reserves the right to charge your card, without your absence via Worldpay at the charge of 50% of your treatment cost.
Payment
We take all credit and debit cards (Visa, Masterclass, American Express and others). We use Worldpay as our main method of taking payment. Cash payments are also accepted.
Medical Information
A thorough medical consultation will be carried out by your practitioner, however, please ensure that you note and inform us of any serious or recent treatments you have had, as this may impact on you receiving your treatment.
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased, if you would like to pay towards a friend/family’s treatment. All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher to be handed in prior to your treatment date.
Offers
From time to time, we may run offers. If you would like to take advantage of an offer but would like to wait a few months before you have your treatment, you can do this – The offer will be valid for 3 months form the date of purchase.
Data Security
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we take confidentiality very seriously at the Skin Rejuvenation Clinic and would like to stress that all data taken from clients will be kept safe and not used or sold on to any 3rd party organisations. We will from time to time, email or text you with offers and new treatments, unless specified from you.

Skin Rejuvenation Clinic is fully insured in the following:
Liability Insurance, Professional indemnity insurance, Public liability insurance
