Prior to treatment, a full consultation and medical history review is carried out to confirm your suitability. Numbing cream is applied to the treatment area 20 minutes before the procedure to minimise any discomfort.

Our practitioners use only the safest injection techniques, and where appropriate a blunt-ended cannula is used to minimise bruising and risk. We also use the award-winning AccuVein vein detection device — widely used across the healthcare sector — to map peripheral veins on the skin’s surface before any injection takes place.

In some cases a second appointment may be recommended to achieve the very best result. Your safety is always our highest priority.

How Long Do Results Last?

1. Is it painful?
Numbing cream is applied beforehand, making the treatment very comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure. The procedure is completed in around 20–30 minutes.

2. Is it safe?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in the body and is biocompatible. We use the AccuVein vein detection device and the safest injection techniques available to ensure your safety throughout. The treatment is also fully reversible.

3. Can it make my nose smaller?
No. Liquid Rhinoplasty uses filler to add volume and reshape — it cannot reduce the overall size of the nose. However, strategic placement of filler can create the visual impression of a more refined or proportionate nose.

4. How long does it last?
Results typically last between 9 and 18 months depending on individual factors including metabolism, lifestyle and the amount of product used.

5. What if I don’t like the result?
The treatment is fully reversible. Hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the filler quickly and safely at any time if you are unhappy with the outcome.

6. How much does it cost?

7. Is there any downtime?
No. You can return to your normal daily activities immediately after treatment. Some very mild swelling or redness at the injection sites is normal and typically resolves within a few hours.

8. Who is not suitable?
Liquid Rhinoplasty is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, those with certain medical conditions, or those with very thin skin or previous surgical rhinoplasty complications. A full consultation will assess your suitability prior to treatment.

Aftercare Guidelines

Avoid touching, pressing or massaging the nose for at least 24 hours after treatment.
Sleep on your back and avoid putting any pressure on the nose for the first night.
Avoid wearing glasses that rest on the nose for 48 hours.
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours post-treatment.
Apply SPF when going outdoors.
Do not have any other facial treatments in the same area for at least 2 weeks.
Contact the clinic immediately if you experience any unexpected pain, blanching, visual changes or other unusual symptoms — these require prompt attention.
