Seventy Hyal requires very little aftercare, but following these simple guidelines will help you get the most out of your treatment and keep your skin comfortable while it settles.

• Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the injection points for at least 24 hours after your treatment to reduce the risk of irritation.
• Steer clear of strenuous exercise, alcohol and excessive heat (saunas, hot baths, sunbeds) for 24 hours, as these can increase swelling or sensitivity at the treated sites.
• Small bumps or slight tenderness at the injection points are completely normal and will usually settle within a day or two — there’s no need for concern.
• Stay well hydrated in the days following your treatment, as drinking plenty of water helps support the hyaluronic acid as it works to restore moisture and improve your skin’s quality.
