Endolaser is a minimally invasive laser treatment that delivers controlled energy beneath the skin for outstanding sculpting, lifting and tightening results.
What is Endolaser?
Endolaser is a minimally-invasive laser treatment in which laser energy is delivered beneath the surface of your skin via an extremely fine cannula or optical fibre, rather than through the skin’s surface as with traditional lasers. This means the energy can be directed precisely where it is needed most — in the deeper tissue layers responsible for firmness and structure — while the surface of your skin is left largely undisturbed.
By heating these deeper layers in a controlled, calibrated way, Endolaser stimulates significant new collagen production and encourages tightening from within. Because the treatment works beneath the skin rather than across it, you benefit from much less visible downtime than you would expect from surgical alternatives, while still achieving a meaningfully firmer, more sculpted result.
At Skin Rejuvenation Clinic we offer Endolaser for both Face & Neck and Body applications, and the distinction matters. For the face and neck, Endolaser is used to tighten lax skin, define the jawline and gently contour the lower face and neck — giving you a refreshed, lifted appearance without surgery. For the body, Endolaser is used to reduce the appearance of cellulite, tighten loose or crepey skin and encourage mild fat reduction in stubborn areas.
Whichever area you are concerned about, the underlying technology is the same — it is simply the depth, energy settings and treatment pattern that are adapted to suit your face/neck or your body during your consultation.
How Does It Work?
Endolaser treatment begins with the creation of a tiny entry point, through which your practitioner inserts an extremely fine laser fibre beneath the surface of your skin. Because the fibre is so fine and the entry point so small, this is a far gentler approach than surgical procedures, while still allowing energy to be delivered directly to the tissue that needs it.
Once in place, the fibre delivers calibrated laser energy to the deeper tissue layers, heating them in a controlled manner. This heat triggers significant collagen and elastin remodelling — your body’s natural response to this stimulation is to rebuild and reorganise these structural fibres, which gradually tightens the overlying skin from beneath.
On the body, this same mechanism also helps to break down the fibrous bands that pull at the skin and contribute to the dimpled appearance of cellulite, while the heat generated can encourage a gentle reduction in localised fat in the treated area. Your practitioner will move the fibre carefully through the treatment zone to ensure even, thorough coverage.

What Can I Expect?
Before your Endolaser treatment begins, a local anaesthetic is applied at the entry point or points, so you remain comfortable as the laser fibre is inserted and guided beneath your skin. Most clients find the procedure itself very manageable thanks to this numbing effect.
The duration of your treatment will vary depending on whether you are having Face & Neck or Body Endolaser, and how large the treatment area is — as a guide, sessions typically take between 30 and 90 minutes. Your practitioner will confirm timings specific to your treatment plan during your consultation.
Because the entry point is so small, scarring is minimal to negligible. You may notice some bruising and swelling at the entry site in the days following treatment, along with mild tenderness in the treated area — this is a normal part of your skin and tissue responding to the controlled heating and beginning the collagen remodelling process.
Results & How Long Do They Last?
You may notice an initial tightening effect within just a few days, as any swelling from your treatment settles and the immediate firming response becomes visible. This early result is encouraging, but it is only the beginning of what Endolaser can achieve for you.
The most significant results develop progressively over the following 2 to 3 months, as the new collagen stimulated by your treatment matures and strengthens. Many clients find their skin continues to look firmer and more contoured well beyond the initial weeks, as this deeper remodelling process completes.
Because Endolaser works by stimulating genuine, lasting collagen production rather than simply displacing fluid or tissue, results from a single treatment can last 1 to 2 years. Exactly how long your results last will depend on the area treated, your skin’s natural ageing process and your individual response to treatment, all of which your practitioner will discuss with you.
Am I a Good Candidate?
Endolaser is ideal if you are looking for more significant, longer-lasting skin tightening than non-invasive treatments can offer, but are not ready to commit to surgery. It bridges the gap between gentle, topical treatments and more invasive surgical procedures, giving you a meaningful result with a much gentler recovery.
On the face and neck, Endolaser is particularly suited to early-to-moderate skin laxity, where jawline definition and overall contour have started to soften. On the body, it is well suited to those with cellulite or areas of loose, lax skin who want a visible improvement in both skin quality and tone.
Every client is different, which is why a thorough consultation is an essential first step. During this consultation, your practitioner will assess your skin, discuss your goals and confirm whether Face & Neck Endolaser, Body Endolaser, or an alternative treatment altogether, is the best fit for what you are hoping to achieve.
Aftercare
Caring for your skin properly after Endolaser treatment helps support healing and ensures you get the very best results from your collagen-stimulating treatment.
- Keep the entry point or points clean and dry for the first 24 to 48 hours after treatment, to minimise the risk of irritation or infection while the tiny opening heals.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for several days following your treatment, as raising your heart rate and body temperature too soon can increase swelling and discomfort in the treated area.
- Expect some bruising and tenderness in the days after treatment — this is a normal part of the healing process and generally settles within 1 to 2 weeks.
- If advised by your practitioner, wear any recommended compression garments, particularly after a body treatment, as these help support your skin and tissue while it heals and remodels.
