• Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the injection points for at least 24 to 48 hours, allowing the product to settle properly into place.
• Steer clear of strenuous exercise, alcohol and excessive heat — including saunas, steam rooms and hot baths — for 24 to 48 hours, as these can increase swelling and bruising.
• Mild swelling or bruising around the treated areas is completely normal and should settle naturally within a few days; gentle cooling can help if needed.
